At Passmaker, we believe your personal information should stay personal. That's why we've built our app to work entirely on your device without collecting, storing, or tracking any of your data. When you create passes in Passmaker, everything stays private and under your complete control.
This policy explains our approach to privacy and how we've designed the app to protect you. Have questions? Feel free to reach out to us anytime.
Passmaker operates on a simple principle: we don't collect your personal information, period. No user accounts, no data harvesting, no tracking across apps or websites. The app functions completely independently on your device, and we have no servers storing your information.
Every pass you create is stored securely on your iPhone or iPad using Apple's built-in security features. Your pass data never travels to our servers or anywhere else unless you specifically choose to export or share it through Apple Wallet or other sharing options you control.
To make creating passes easier, Passmaker may ask for permission to access certain features on your device:
These permissions are completely optional. You can say no to any or all of them, and the app will still work perfectly for creating basic passes. You can also change these permissions later in your device's Settings app.
Since we don't collect your data, there's nothing for us to sell, share, or misuse. Your passes belong to you, and they stay on your device. When you add a pass to Apple Wallet, it follows Apple's security and privacy standards, not ours, because it's no longer in our app.
Passmaker relies on a few Apple services to function properly:
We deliberately avoid using analytics services, advertising networks, or any third-party tracking tools.
Since Passmaker doesn't collect any personal information from anyone, it's safe for users of all ages. Parents can feel confident letting their children use the app without worrying about data collection.
If we ever need to update this privacy policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. Any changes will only make our privacy practices clearer or stronger - we're committed to maintaining our no-data-collection approach.
We didn't just add privacy as an afterthought - we built Passmaker from the ground up to respect your privacy. Your trust means everything to us, and we're proud to offer an app that puts your privacy first.
